Ban plans for the settlement of the Work with the family

The politics for the settlement represents an important factor of innovation of the social, economic and cultural models and intends to supply tools that, making working sphere and familiar sphere compatible, allow to each individual to live at best the numerous lists that it plays inside complex societies.
They interest the men, the women and the organisations, touch the private sphere, but also that one public, political and social and have an evident impact on the riequilibrio of the cargoes of care inside the couple, on the organisation of the work and of the times of the cities as well as on the coordination of the services of public interest.
In such a context the article 9 of the Law is positioned On March 8 2000, No 53, which foresees the disbursement of contributions, of which at least 50 percent assigned at enterprises up to fifty employees, in favour of companies that plan to carry positive actions out for the flexibility and of autonomous or regular workers of enterprise that intend to develop actions for the settlement between familiar and working life.
The objective of such a tool is that of facilitating the settlement of the times of familiar and professional life through the financing of projects that introduce new organizational and managerial formalities of the times of work or services able to qualify the company as family friendly.
For the presentation of the projects 3 annual deadlines are provided.
