The observatory, it is highlit in the sign of the association of the craftsmen, “it is opened to all the entrepreneurs, also to not craftsmen and to those not members to Confartigianato. The world of the enterprises in general, then, there can turn to highlight possible problems or unjustified difficulties, in the way of creating a constant monitoring on the credit system,”.
