To the Calabria 80 millions for projects of industrial research
Questions from February 10 2010, I enter and not over the hours 12.00 in April 9 2010.
It has been published on the G.U.R.I. No 16 in January 21 2010 the decree of the Ministry of education, of the University and of the Research (Miur) that promotes an invitation for the presentation of projects of industrial research, so as defined in the Axis I of the Program and the Action Interventions of support to the industrial research.
The sent proposals will have to foresee the development of industrial research, not preponderant activities of experimental development and connected activities of formation of seekers and / or technicians of research.
The invitation is a fruit of the unitary run of conducting and of governance I multilevel in point of research and development guided with the signature of the Protocol of Agreement between the Miur and the Regions of the Convergence and follow at the initials of the single Agreements of Program Picture (APQ).
The project ideas, in fact, will have to be developed in 9 priority and strategic fields / sectors of the Regions of the Convergence defined in the signature of the APQ and to be characterised by the strong reference to the use of qualified technologies I pervaded.
The resources committed to be worth on the PON R&C 2007-2013 (European Fund of regional development and Fund of Rotation) amount on the whole to 465 Million Euro, so subdivided:

They can present co-financing question the small and medium-sized enterprises , the artisan enterprises, the great enterprises, the consortiums and the co-operative societies, the centres of research and the scientific and technological parks.
Besides, all the admissible subjects (I excluded the scientific and technological parks) can present projects joined with the Universities, ENEA, the Asi and other organisms of research.
In order to develop the investments attraction in the Regions of the Convergence and to favour the competences integration, there where be necessary, an activity share can be Convergence provided out of the Region of the Objective for not superior sum to 25 % of the total cost of the project. The costs relative to the above-mentioned activities will be cofinanziati with additional resources to cargo of the Miur, equal to total 100 Million Euro, to be worth on the Fund for the Facilities to the Research (DO). Such a peculiarity North / South wants to boost the action of osmosis described in the Program (Axis III). Tale peculiarità vuole incentivare l’azione di osmosi Nord/Sud descritta nel Programma (Asse III).
In number not inferior to three, they can be equipped a projects plurality at a strategic program, the cosidetta “Constellation of projects” for the sectors / dies development. In this case the projects will be autonomous between them but they will have to foresee also synergistic objectives and of integration between the single interventions. For this type of interventions and in consideration of their size, agreement with the Intermediate Organism a priority will be able to be recognised in the access for Programs for the carrying out of productive investments, like the Axis II of the Program. Per questo tipo di interventi e in considerazione della loro rilevanza, d’intesa con l’Organismo Intermedio potrà essere riconosciuta una priorità nell’accesso a Programmi per la realizzazione di investimenti produttivi, come l’Asse II del Programma.
The collaboration of the small and medium-sized enterprises will be awarded – in quality of technological partners – the Great enterprises, there where the small and medium-sized enterprises participate in the activities of research (for at least 35 % of the costs estimated and kept admissible).
