Ban Programs Interdepartmental Committee on Prices – support to the politics in point of technologies of the information and of the communication (ICT PSP)

Within the bounds of the program I square for the competitiveness and the innovation (2007-2013) (INTERDEPARTMENTAL COMMITTEE ON PRICES-ICT PSP-2008-2) é been published an invitation to present proposals for the support to the politics in point of technologies of the information and of the communication.
The aim of the ban and of stimulating the innovation and the competitiveness through a better comprehension and a better use of the technologies of the information and of the communication from citizens, governments and enterprises. The proposals coming from juridical subjects, must fall again in the next thematic fields:
Theme 1: ICT for the public administrations;
Theme 2: ICT to support the energy efficiency and his supportability in the urban areas.
Consensus Building and exchanges of experiences in Internet and certainty.
The projects will be able to be implementati through three actions typology:
It activates type Pilot A: it activates directly unwound in and between the member states on common political priorities. The maximum duration of these projects  é 36 months for a financial covering equal to 50 % of the eligible costs. There must be present at least 6 Countries Members or ICT PSP Associated countries (Croat, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway). La durata massima di questi progetti é 36 mesi per una copertura finanziaria pari al 50% dei costi eleggibili. Devono essere presenti al minimo 6 Paesi Membri o ICT PSP Associated countries (Croazia, Islanda, Liechtenstein, Norvegia).
It activates type Pilot B: actions turned to stimulate the innovation dellà¬' lCT in the sector of the services and of the products. The maximum duration must be included between 24 and 36 months for a financial covering equal to 50 % of the eligible costs. There can announce at least 4 entities legally Countries Members or ICT PSP Associated countries (Croat, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) La durata massima deve essere compresa tra 24 e 36 mesi per una copertura finanziaria pari al 50% dei costi eleggibili. Possono partecipare al minimo 4 entità legale dei Paesi Membri o ICT PSP Associated countries (Croazia, Islanda, Liechtenstein, Norvegia)
Thematic networks: for stakeholders I turn creation of a forum to facilitate the exchange of experiences and consensus building for the layout of new technical ICT. The duration of the project must be included between 18 and 36 months, there can announce 7 legal entities of the Countries to you Members or ICT PSP Associated countries (Croat, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway). La durata del progetto deve essere compresa tra 18 e 36 mesi, possono parteciparvi 7 entità legali dei Paesi Membri o ICT PSP Associated countries (Croazia, Islanda, Liechtenstein, Norvegia).
The budget total and equal to 39 million Euro.
