To invest in Calabria or in Macedonia?
I have seen on the Sole24ore a notice that advertises the Macedonia. The notice is very inviting: You invest in Macedonia: the new paradise for your business in Europe.
http://www.investinmacedonia.com
- Taxes to 10 % public incentives for the construction of industrial and commercial buildings;
- closeness to the European and oriental markets and so on.;
- free connections to gas, water, electric energy;
- irpef to 5 %;
- 0 % of taxes sl reinvested profit;
- middle salary of a worker to 370 Euro;
record of the enterprises in 4 hours;- Â concessions of public grounds fi to 75 years at reduced prices;
- near entrance in the European Union; and so on …
I would add to all this news:, smaller sindacalizzazione, smaller (perhaps) I weigh of the criminal economy, smaller weight of the politics and of the bureaucracy and so on. As already written in my last book, the competition now becomes a durra.
How will it do the Calabria to compete with these near emergent economies? At the map it is obvious that Skopje in flight is distant at Rome all the Lamezia Terme's and then, apart from some surmountable limits (as for example: culture, language), because ¨ a sensible entrepreneur should ever choose the Calabria and not the Macedonia for the own investments?
But any local managers who has ever put himself a question of the family?
And if itself, we might know also the answer.
The Calabria when it will be able to have a pack of territorial promotion as this?
