All the beneficiaries of the bottoms will be public in agriculture
The European Commission has adopted a decision with which it has established that all the beneficiaries of payments supplied by the European Union in the sector of the agriculture and of the rural development will have to be made well-known in detailed shape.
The new rules foresee that each Member state should publish within April 30 2009 the information about a website, with the possibility of looking for the beneficiaries for name, municipality of residence, received sum (and correspondent values) or according to a combination of these three criteria and of extracting the information under shape of an only whole of data. The Commission will manage an own website with connections to the national situated individuals. The Member states are held to inform the beneficiaries that their data will be made public and that they enjoy of the rights conferred them at the normativeness of the UE's on the protection of the data.
This information will be disposable from 30aprile in the year following to that of the payment and it will remain on the site for two years to pass the date of initial publication. Some Member states have already started publishing the list about the beneficiaries of the agricultural bottoms UE. The Commission has already activated a connection that allows to the public to enter the national sites.

The decision é an initiative of the Commission on the transparence, a project of long born period of the will of making the European institutions more open and accessible, letting know better of the way in which there are used the bottoms allocated in the budget of the UE and doing sଠthat the European institutions realise more their conduct to the public opinion.
