Meeting of Cosenza on the Unitary Regional Programming
I announced yesterday (4/3/2008) close to the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of Cosenza �all' meeting “Unitary Regional Programming 2007-2013, Strategies, Programs and Territorial Projects”. There were present the President of the Region Agazio Loiero, the Assessor at the National and Community Programming Mario Maiolo and the General Manager of the same Department Salvatore Orlando, the President of the Province of Cosenza Mario Oliverio and the Mayor of the Citt� of Cosenza Salvatore Perugini.
I could have verified that there é much interest towards the new programming so many Mayors were presenti�, the union Associations and of category as well as so many professionals and economic operators. The interest is obvious towards the new programming and it is in many those that they have confidence of being able to participate obtaining a rasher, also tiny, of the great cake that é been put on the plate with the UE and with the state.
Since it will go finishing we will know it only between a ten of years but, as I have repeated several times, the possibility of creating development does not reside in the quality of SUPPOSING, that they all are valid ones but, rather, in the ability of societ� Calabrian of modifying the own report with the politics. I do not know if the choice of carrying more and more far down the participation / design level will give the expected results (the PIT have been a bankruptcy) but Calabrian hope that all these milliards are not pulverised in microinterventions thousands.
The meeting  é served to do the point from the situation and to describe which will be the near passes.
The welcome one  é been given at the Commissary of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of Cosenza On.le Pierino Rende that has remarked the list of the design with the bottom highlighting that the state welfarism does not interest only the south but that, to the contrary one it involves, the whole country. The Mayor Salvatore Perugini has underlined the list unwound by the Anci in the drafting of nine strategic plans that to short will be going.
Assessor Maiolo itself  é concentrate on the importance of the announced design and it has remarked the list of the activities of monitoring and control that “not serveno �solo to give replied to GdF, but that are the necessary tool to do so that the realised things correspond to that planned”.
