To Rome itself é discussed (without the Calabrians) service objectives for the SOUTH
Itself  é held today to Rome (5/14/2008) a meeting on the theme of the Objectives of service for the citizens of the Regions of the Midday in the National Strategic Picture 2007-2013. In the playbill there is recorded the total absence of Calabrian speakers almost to confirm that so much those objectives in Calabria will never be reached.
The mechanism of the “Objectives of Service”, with which within the bounds of the Politics of Development of the National Strategic Picture 2007-2013 financial prizes are assigned to the Regions that reach quantified values of availability and services quality in the fields of the services to the person, of the instruction, of the management of the refusals and of the water resources, constitutes a strong innovation in the relations between levels of government and between public authority and citizens.
The element strong with novelty é of having chosen themes that regard concretely the life of the citizens, and of having prearranged verifiable quantitative targets. Only reaching the values fixed for the differentiated harvesting, the places availability in the refuges, the levels of competences of the students, and so on, the Regions will obtain the prizes foreseen by the mechanism on the objectives of service, draw in the complex to 3 milliard Euro.
In what way can a mechanism of financial incentive contribute to the attainment of results from the Administrations? Which are the challenges and the responsibilities for the public managers do you connect with the taken engagement of reaching values objective measurable and verifiable? Which are the necessary actions to accompany the carrying out of the interventions? And in what way can the institutional, economic and social partners, the citizens and their associative representations contribute to press their managers to do better?
These themes will be discussed in the workshop with reference to the concrete cases of the services for the childhood and of the management of the refusals.
There has introduced the works Carlo Sappino, Head of the Department for the Politics of Development,
Ministry of the Economic Development. Between the speakers the representatives of all the regions objective convergence outside (naturally!!!) representatives of the Region Calabria. (at least this  é highlit in playbill)
