Program contracts, the technical management entrusted to the National Agency for l�Attrazione Investments and the Development of Enterprise joint-stock company (ex-Sviluppoitalia)
There is  been published on the Official Newspaper the decree of the Minister of the Economic Development who attributes the technical management of the tool to the national Agency for the attraction of the investments and the development of enterprise.
The national Agency for the attraction of the investments and the development of enterprise has formally assumed the technical management of the contracts of program.
é been published in fact on the Official Newspaper the relative decree of the Minister of the Economic Development in January 24 2008 emanated in concert with the Minister of the Economy.
The program contract foresees facilities in favour of industrial projects presented by enterprises of any dimension.
The decree, as well as disciplining the procedure to obtain the facilities, establishes the requirements of the asked subjects, the sectors of intervention, the typology of the programs of investment and admissible expenses, the shape and the intensity of the facilities.
