Another Calabrian law is grasped by the Government
Rome, on February 21. – (Adnkronos) – The Council of the ministers has grasped the regional law No 27 in December 28 2007, with which the Region Calabria intends to block the doubling of the termovalorizzatore of Joy Tauro. It is communicated in a sign by the Ministry of the regional Affairs and local Autonomies, underlining that the doubling of the termovalorizzatore is an intervention foreseen within the bounds of the Plan of emergency refusals prepared by the extraordinary Commissary of the government.
Already in past, and own in an event that was regarding the Region Calabria, the Constitutional court has made clear like the regional law cannot modify – and tantomeno thwart – the measures taken from the government commissary. According to the Ministry, to prevent what, waiting for the pronunciation of the Constitutional court, the law produces however the effect blocking an essential intervention to face the emergency refuses, the Council of the Ministers has asked to the court itself of valuing the possibility of hanging with immediate effect the efficaciousness of the grasped law.
