In fact, according to data National Statistical Institutes elaborated by the Institute for Foreign Trade, in 2006 the value of the Japanese imports of eno-agroindustrial products at the ltalia has been equal to 676 million dollars, in growth of 6,5 % compared to 2005 and in countertendency compared to the Japanese total imports that have decreased in 3,5 %.
The Calabrian industry of the alimentary one and drinks has recorded in the first nine months of 2007 an increase of 173,78 % of the own exports towards the Japan (that occupies it 15th position as Country of destination of the Calabrian export of food products) compared to the same period of the preceding year. In 2006 the Japanese market has occupied 10 ^ position in the list of the Countries of destination of the food products and Calabrian drinks.
Between the divisions meceologici that between January – September 2007 have highlit a percentage increase of the exports, compared to the same period of 2006, indicate to themselves the preparations and preserves of fruit and of vegetables, wines and drinks, lattiero-cheese products.
Between the activities colletarali promoted at Institute for Foreign Trade Tokyo in favour of the participation of the Calabrian companies and’ to signal the convivial evening offered this evening by the Region Calabria, close to the restaurant “Elio Locanda Italiana“ and the seminary / tasting of the Calabrian products exposed to the Fair, which will take place tomorrow close to the Centre Services of Collective Institute for Foreign Trade.
