The legislative initiative foresees the contributions disbursement on the payment of the passive interests of the loans for the purchase and the construction of the first house.” So many other regions, about different political majority – he has said Watchful – they already dismissed legislative measures in this direction, while in Calabria, it anchors nothing it has been done. I hope that the idea of bottom of this one my proposal is included and supported by the Meeting, in a true structural climate, in connection with a situation really afflicted also in Calabria by so many families who suffer for heavy economic situations”. According to how much expected with the proposal of law, is it the possibility of intervention to knock down up to 100 % the interest rate, in relation to the typology of the supplied loan and the level of the income of the applicants.“ The reduction of the bank interest rate – has asserted Watchful – is applied in the measure of 75 % for the young couples had annual income between 21.536 Euro and 35 thousand Euro, and in the measure of 100 % for the incomes up to 21.536 Euro the year. Such facilities are whichever compatible and cumulabili with all the estimated facilities, by law, the Region Calabria and relative to the purchase and construction of the first house”. The estimated initial financing, when the bill will be passed by the regional Council, is five million Euro for year. L’iniziativa legislativa prevede l’erogazione di contributi sul pagamento degli interessi passivi dei mutui per l’acquisto e la costruzione della prima casa.”Tante altre regioni, di diversa maggioranza politica – ha detto Occhiuto – hanno già licenziato provvedimenti legislativi in questa direzione, mentre in Calabria, ancora nulla è stato fatto. Mi auguro che l’idea di fondo di questa mia proposta sia compresa e sostenuta dall’Assemblea, in un vero clima costruttivo, a fronte di una situazione davvero angosciante anche in Calabria per tante famiglie che soffrono per pesanti situazioni economiche”. Secondo quanto previsto dalla proposta di legge, vi è la possibilità di intervento per abbattere fino al 100% il tasso di interesse bancario, fisso e variabile, in relazione alla tipologia del mutuo erogato ed al livello del reddito dei richiedenti. “La riduzione del tasso bancario di interesse – ha sostenuto Occhiuto – è applicata nella misura del 75% per le giovani coppie aventi reddito annuo tra 21.536 euro e 35 mila euro, e nella misura del 100% per i redditi fino a 21.536 euro l’anno. Tali agevolazioni sono comunque compatibili e cumulabili con tutte le agevolazioni previste, per legge, dalla Regione Calabria e relative all’acquisto e costruzione della prima casa”. Il finanziamento iniziale previsto, allorché la legge sarà approvata dal Consiglio regionale, è di cinque milioni di euro per anno.

at this law proposal also the youth of the PD has applauded the deputy.
