The regions make for the innovation
(regioni.it The Conference of the Regions, Â it has approved a proposals document for the development of the processes of innovation. Such a document é the contribution of the Italian regions in the definition of a national plan for the development of the society of the information and of the e-government in our country. His objective é to allow a drastic acceleration of the processes of innovation, the simplification of the mechanisms of accomplishment and a better allocation of the national resources also in relation to those disposable at local level.

This document does reference to the strategic lines elaborated by the Minister for the reforms and the innovations in the public administrations, to the memorandum of agreement defined between the Regions and the Minister in the December in 2006 and to the elaboration of the groups of work instituted within the bounds of the permanent Commission for the innovation in the regions and in the local companies.
The proposal is divided into 4 paragraphs:
1: The action of the Regions for the innovation in the administrations  public and in the society and the federalist reorganisation of the Public administration.
2: Necessity of a plan of national action for the innovation in the society and in the administration
3: Tools and structures for the timely accomplishment of the plan and for the effective government of the processes of innovation
4: Objectives and aces of intervention of the national plan
