Program Annulled, 45 millions for the innovation in the local Companies
She is called Annulled (He programs Local Companies Innovation of System) and is the program that will finance projects of technological innovation developed by the local Companies, like the digitalization of the administrative activity or the reduction of the digital divides in the little municipalities and in the mountain areas.
The notice published on the Official Newspaper No 180 in August 4 2007 and it is already disposable on the website Programmaelisa, at which it is possible to unload all the useful information: the necessary set of forms in phase of presentation of the project proposals to the schemes to adopt for the formalisation of several necessary administrative passages.
To finance the program é the “Bottom for the support to the investments for the innovation in the companies localiâ”, foreseen at the article 1, paragraph 893, of the Financial law (December 27 2006, No 296), with a total endowment for 45 million Euro in the three-year period 2007-2009 (15 millions for each year).
The basin of use involved in each single project will have to look at least after one million and a half inhabitants and will be able to regard also aggregations between more local companies, in this if one only reaches the threshold of million and a half of inhabitants, the least limit rises to 4 millions.
The projects will have to be coherent with the regional plans and to return to one of the next macrocategories (better you specify in the notice):
- Supplemented management of the logistic and of the infomobilità in the local public transport, in the urban and out-of-town, public and private mobility
- Systems of measurement, based on technologies ICT, for the evaluation of the quality of the services supplied by the EELL
- Supplemented digital management of the local services in fiscal and cadastral matter by means of models of applicatory cooperation
- Integration and strengthening of the informative systems of the lavoroI projects will have to guarantee their replicabilità on the whole national territory and will have to be drafted according to the electronic set of forms prepared at GIVING and disposable on the site
