It is not the Lombardy, it’ the Piedmont or the Veneto, the region most developed in Italy. And’, you hear hear, the Trentine High Adige. The fifth Report Quars, which is for Sustainable Regional Quality, promoted ‘let's Lose one's balance!’, it overturns the classification of the development and of the economy of the Italian regions, because there are the parametres themselves of evaluation to be radically different: more only the dimension of the economic growth and the development, in a word “the dogma of the Pil”, but other anthropological and cultural factors of a development to man's measure. Environmental supportability, promotion of the rights, health, school, social inclusion, participation, equal timeliness. With these criteria the classification of the development “about quality” speaks clearly: in head the Trentine one followed over distance at Emilia Romagna, Tuskany, Marks and Umbria. Put you beside centroclassification the giants of the North, Piedmont, Lombardy and Veneto, shelter of a hypothetical “zone retrocession” the Lazio, under whom the regions of the South are only, with the last three that are Calabria, Sicily and Campania. The Trentine leader has earned the primacy thanks to the excellent results in environment, rights and participation, and to those coupons in economy. Points of strength of Emilia Romagna, instead, the health and the instruction, together to the good results in economy and environment. Lombardy and Veneto resist dignitosamente thank you, how foreseeable, at the points acquired for the economy, while they turn out to be strongly insufficient in the environmental situation. It collapses instead of the Lazio, which gets out of the third place in the "official" classification (that one of the Pil per head) to a 14th sad one. Guilt of the scarce environmental results, and negative data for the mobility, the differentiated harvesting and the production of energy with renewable fountains. (COMFORTS) Â Il quinto Rapporto Quars, che sta per Qualita’ Regionale Sostenibile, promosso da ‘Sbilanciamoci!’, capovolge la classifica dello sviluppo e dell’economia delle regioni italiane, perche’ sono i parametri stessi di valutazione ad essere radicalmente diversi: non piu’ solo la dimensione della crescita economica e lo sviluppo, in una parola “il dogma del Pil”, ma altri fattori antropologici e culturali di uno sviluppo a misura d’uomo. Sostenibilita’ ambientale, promozione dei diritti, salute, scuola, inclusione sociale, partecipazione, pari opportunita’. Con questi criteri la classifica dello sviluppo “di qualita’” parla chiaro: in testa il Trentino, seguito a distanza da Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Marche e Umbria. Affiancati a centroclassifica i giganti del nord, Piemonte, Lombardia e Veneto, A ridosso di un’ipotetica “zona retrocessione” il Lazio, sotto cui stanno solo le regioni del sud, con le ultime tre che sono Calabria, Sicilia e Campania. Il Trentino capofila si e’ guadagnato il primato grazie ai risultati eccellenti in ambiente, diritti e partecipazione, e a quelli buoni in economia. Punti di forza dell’Emilia Romagna, invece, la salute e l’istruzione, unitamente ai buoni risultati in economia e ambiente. Lombardia e Veneto resistono dignitosamente grazie, come prevedibile, ai punti acquisiti per l’economia, mentre risultano fortemente deficitarie nella situazione ambientale. Crolla invece il Lazio, che scende dal terzo posto nella classifica “ufficiale” (quella del Pil pro capite) a un mesto 14mo. Colpa degli scarsi risultati ambientali, e dei dati negativi per la mobilita’, la raccolta differenziata e la produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili. (AGI)Â
